On the stage happens something that is most fascinating with theatre: with strong images, a very convincing acting and simple staging solutions it brings forward colourful, living people and places in my inner mind. The fine staging of ”close ups” of the characters and their relationships carry the performance. Dritëro Kasapi's directing trusts the method fully and it works. Out of the mosaic of voices and music a gripping story of two lives is born. It tells the story of a large group of people. Svenska dagbladet

The director Dritëro Kasapi is right to scale down the theatres possibilities for effects and has concentrated on the drama around the ever-important relations. Two mikes are placed on each side of the stage. The actors use the frequently… It works as a stylistic heightening and as a drive for the story. nummer.se

Painfully beautiful about searching for love. ….it is bout seeking love, freedom and safety in a world that offers nothing but resistance. It is the story of the oppressed told through dynamic scenes and as much as music as words.    Arbetarbladet

This performance makes it clear how much you can tell in the theatre only if one has phantasy and total control of the form. Dritëro Kasapi has it. In addition to this - it is very satisfying that ”Head on” has no simple moral to sell.   Folkbladet

…The performance shows one of the most beautiful thing one can see: When love has decided that two people shall love each other and lights the fire. It is so beautifully staged in light that dazzles and darkness that slowly sets in to create the most wonderful shadows….It is much like when Dante is in Paradise and is about to meet his Beatrice. Seldom have I seen love, and I mean LOVE, so intimately staged as in this performance.    GD
